NOCEN Strengthens Campus Security with Donation of Patrol Motorcycles
Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe (NOCEN), has received a significant boost to its campus security architecture following the donation of three motorcycles by Archbishop Onyeka Nzekwesi (Chinakaribeya), Chief Executive Officer of Pineleaf Estates.
The motorcycles, designated for security patrol and rapid response operations, are expected to enhance mobility, improve surveillance coverage, and strengthen the College’s capacity to respond swiftly to security situations across the campus.
Speaking on the development, the College Management described the donation as timely and impactful, noting that it aligns with ongoing efforts to ensure a safe and secure learning environment for staff and students. The intervention is also seen as a practical demonstration of the growing importance of public-private-community partnerships in supporting institutional development.
Archbishop Onyeka Nzekwesi’s gesture reflects a strong commitment to community service and educational advancement. By supporting security infrastructure, he has contributed directly to the stability and smooth functioning of the College.
