DONAC ADON Catering and Vocational Institute situates at DONAC ADON Plaza, a subsidiary of DONAC ADON Ventures Ltd owned by the Diocese of Nnewi, Anglican Communion. It is located at Nnewi, Anambra State, Nigeria. The Proprietor of the institute is the Rt. Revd. Ndubuisi Chukwuka Obi, Bishop, Diocese of Nnewi, Anglican Communion. It is a vision born out of the Bishop’s concern for the empowerment of today’s youths in order to eradicate youth restiveness, drug abuse and addiction, secret cultism and other social vices occasioned by unemployment and idleness.
The Institute started officially on 28th day of May, 2024.
At DONAC ADON CATERING AND VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE, we equip individuals with practical skills in various fields which include:
1. Catering services (confectioneries, ice cream production, preparation of all kinds of food, etc)
2. Hair dressing (plaiting, fixing of attachments, etc)
3. Garment making (both male and female)
4. Head wear production including head ties, hats, turbans, fascinators, etc.
5. Cosmetology
6. Decorations (event planning)
7. Make-up (manicure and pedicure, etc)
8. We also equip our students with Communication skills.
