Formulation for 10kg of Powdery Detergent:

Ingredients & Measurements:
Soda Ash – 3.5kg
Caustic Soda – 0.2kg
Sulphonic Acid – 0.5L
SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) – 0.5kg
STPP (Sodium Tripolyphosphate) – 1.0kg
Sodium Silicate – 0.3kg
TALC (Filler/Extender) – 2.5kg
Perfume – 20ml
Optical Brightener – 10g (optional)
Enzyme – 100g (optional)
Colour – As desired
Water – Small quantity (for dissolving)

Production Process:

1. Dissolve caustic soda in water and allow to cool.

2. Mix soda ash separately in water.

3. Blend sulphonic acid + SLS, then add silicate and STPP.

4. Pour in both soda solutions gradually while stirring.

5. Add TALC, perfume, brightener, and color.

6. Mix thoroughly, dry, and sieve for a fine finish.

7. Package and sell!
