Over the years, I have posted several testimonies of the efficacy of the Fudelt Method. Many people remained sceptical, notwithstanding.

Today I write from the same spot I stood for several hours at a time, daily in 2015, researching the Fudelt Method and proposing my Redox Theory of Diseases.

These tips are priceless. They have helped several persons including myself to get rid of hypertension permanently. However take note of the following caveats first:

1. If you have any other disease in addition to hypertension, these tips may not help you. DM me for further discussions.
2. These tips may not help you unless you comply fully with the instructions.
3. You may get a temporarily or permanent relief from hypertension depending on your degree of compliance with instructions.
4. *Do not stop taking your anti-hypertensive medications until your blood pressure readings are very normal. Even then, consult your doctor first.*
