We bring to you this interesting story of a young man of about thirty years who worships at St Joseph’s Catholic Church Dakibiyu District Abuja.

Hypertension is often erroneously considered a disease for only the aged. However a couple of young people have been found to be hypertensive. In this young man’s case, he was discovered in 2024 through routine Sunday to Sunday blood pressure screening in the church.

On three ocassions over weeks, he presented with blood pressure readings sometimes as high as 200/140mmHg.

So, we enrolled him in our Fudelt Method Healthy Lifestyle plan, which involves changes in diets and habits. Over a period of about four months, several repeat blood pressure checks showed normal blood pressure readings. This normalcy has persisted since then.
