We present the case of a Nigerian businessman based in Zimbabwe.
.
For over a period of one year, he had high blood pressure with readings exceeding 150/90mmHg even while being treated with daily dosages of losartan 50mg and amlodipine 10mg.
.
In September 2024, we placed him on our FUDELT METHOD which involved modifications in foods and habits. By October 2024, he stopped using losartan while still maintaining normal blood pressure. By November 2024, he stopped using amlodipine while still maintaining normal blood pressure.

We report here that even in January 2025, his blood pressure has remained within normal range of 135/85mmHg without being on any medicine.
