Some important tips about daily physical exercises.

*GUIDELINES FOR GOOD HEALTH*

1. Start slowly. When you begin the habit of daily exercises, you can do exercises for five minutes only.
2. Gradually increase the duration of your exercises up to thirty minutes or one hour.
3. Be consistent. However it you miss a day or two, it does not matter.
4. Avoid eating immediately before exercises. Give at least two hours after eating.
5. Choose a suitable time. Morning exercises are usually better but you may prefer evenings. However do not exercise beyond 6pm to avoid sleep disturbances.
6. If you do not have special wears for exercises, it should not prevent you from exercising.
7. You do not need special equipment to do exercises.
You may simply jog at a spot, walk or run some distance.
8. Watch yourself. If you feel too weak or breathless.
