Some Nigerian Lawers have petitioned the EFCC Chairman to the UK, UN and many other International bodies on the way he is handling YAHAYA BELLO’S alleged Fraudulent Indictments.

The Legal practitioners alleged that the EFCC Chairman has offensively neglected the court orders thereby boycotting the legal rights of Nigerians.

Consequently, the Lawers threatens to ban EFCC Chairman’s visa to the overseas and also to halt any international fund passages to the EFCC department.

We have written to the aforementioned bodies including Mr president to call the EFCC Chairman to order for he is abusing his seat by trampling on the legal human rights of the Nigeria citizens and failure to recount his steps (EFCC chairman) would not be taken likely, therefore pushing them to carry on with the
petitions”. says Emmanuel Agada

Conclusively, Agada called on Nigerians to defend their rights and to not allow any corrupt practices against Nigerians to linger, for that would crumble the good works of patriotic Nigerians.
