How to Use VISA® Modified Acrylic Adhesive – 4-Minute Gum

Follow these steps for optimal bonding performance:

1. Surface Preparation
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, oil, or contaminants.
For best results, lightly abrade smooth surfaces and wipe with a solvent like isopropyl alcohol.

2. Mixing & Application
If using a dual-cartridge system, insert the cartridge into the dispensing gun and attach the static mixing nozzle.
If manually mixing, dispense equal amounts of Part A and Part B, then mix thoroughly until uniform.

3. Applying the Adhesive
Apply a thin, even layer to one or both surfaces.
Assemble the parts immediately after applying the adhesive.

4. Setting & Curing Time
Working time: 4 minutes – position and adjust materials quickly.
Initial set time: 10-15 minutes – avoid movement for best adhesion.
Full cure: 24 hours – achieves maximum bond strength over time.

5. Cleanup & Storage
Wipe excess adhesive with a clean cloth before curing.
Store unused adhesive in a cool, dry place with the cap securely closed.
