The active ingredient in VISA® COLD PATCH (SMALL) is a vulcanizing rubber compound, specially formulated to bond seamlessly with rubber inner tubes when used with a rubber solution (vulcanizing fluid). This compound is designed to chemically fuse with the tube material, creating a strong, airtight, and flexible seal that restores the integrity of punctured tubes.

Follow these simple steps to achieve a strong, airtight, and lasting repair:
STEP 1: Locate the Puncture
Inflate the tube slightly.
Submerge in water or listen carefully to identify the puncture.
Mark the affected area clearly.
STEP 2: Prepare the Surface
Deflate the tube completely.
Clean the marked area thoroughly using a clean cloth.
Lightly buff or roughen the surface with sandpaper or a grater for better adhesion.
STEP 3: Apply Rubber Solution
Spread a thin, even layer of rubber solution (vulcanizing fluid) over the prepared area.
Let it dry for 3–5 minutes until it becomes tacky (not wet).
STEP 4: Apply VISA® Cold Patch (BIG)
Peel off the foil backing from the patch (do not touch the adhesive side).
Firmly press the patch over the tacky rubber solution, ensuring no air bubbles.
Apply pressure using a roller or press with your thumb for 30–60 seconds.
STEP 5: Cure & Check
Allow the patch to cure for at least 5–10 minutes.
Re-inflate the tube slightly and check for air leaks in water.
