My name is Rev’d Canon John Ugochukwu Okwelogu,I was born in the year,24th October 1971,at Onitsha, I’m the 5th child of Elder Augustine and late Mrs Dorothy Okwelogu,hailed from Okija in Ihiala Local Government Area, Anambra state , Nigeria.
I attended my primary school at Zik’s Avenue primary school fegge Onitsha,grew up in (A.P.A) now A.C.M .I finished my primary school in ,1983.And enrolled into Comprehensive secondary school Onitsha, for my junior education,gained admission into Government Technical College Enugu,came out in 1991.
I joined business in 1996, Electrical parts at Moore street Onitsha,
I received ministerial call in 1999, after the examination ,I was employed as Church teacher at St Silas Church Ihiala, under then Ven.Dr Samuel Ezeofor now, Bishop of Aguata Diocese.Attended Theological College Umuahia in the year 2002,came in the year 2006 and Ordained the same year . Posted at St Philip’s Church Okohia Ihiala, Married in the year 26th August 2006,to Mrs Ngozi Okwelogu (Nee Akam) from Obinugwu village Ebenator in Nnewi south Local Government Area.Blessed with four Children.
