John Agah holds a Ph.D and M.Ed in Educational measurement and Evaluation from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and B.Sc Ed ( Mathematics Education) from University of Calabar. His research interest include: Psychometrics, Evaluation and monitoring of achievement/programmes, cognitive an behavioural research among others. He has published over 50 articles in local, national and international journals. He is highly proficient in the use of DIPACK, NOHAM, R-Package, SPSS etc Softwares for data analysis. He is skillful in the development of all kinds of instrument in Education, writing research proposal/grants, professional development of teachers and students among others.
