Developed through strategic TETFund interventions, especially under the 2017–2019 merged projects and the 2024 ICT support initiative, this library represents a state-of-the-art resource center tailored to modern teaching, learning, and research needs.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND DESIGN
The library is equipped with advanced physical and digital infrastructure:
* It Features Double-Sided Steel Bookshelves for optimal space and storage efficiency.
* The Reading Area Includes 20 Individual Study Carrels, providing students with quiet, focused workstations.
* Additional Furnishings Include Executive Office Desks, Secure Storage Cabinets, and Ergonomically Designed Seating to enhance user comfort.
* Multimedia Equipment Such As LG Smart Televisions, Ceiling-Mounted Projectors, and Conference Microphones support both academic presentations and interactive learning sessions.

DIGITAL & ICT CAPABILITIES
As a digital-first facility, the library is supported by a robust ICT framework:
* A Fully Equipped Computer Lab with modern workstations was installed under the 2024 TETFund ICT Support Project.
* The Library Grants Users Access to a Wide Range of Global Academic Databases including Research4Life, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, DOAJ, and more.
* It Is Integrated With the College’s E-Library System and E-Learning Platform, offering seamless access to digital content for students and faculty, both on-site and remotely.

LEARNING SUPPORT AND DIGITAL LITERACY
To maximize the use of digital resources, the library staff, particularly the College Librarian, conducts information literacy training sessions for students. However, findings have shown that students generally lack core digital research skills—only mastering 1 out of 10 key competencies—highlighting a strong need for continuous digital literacy programs.

ROLE IN BLENDED LEARNING
The digital library plays a vital role in the college’s transition toward blended learning, where online educational content complements in-person instruction.
* This Shift Has Been Positively Received by both lecturers and students.
* Persistent Issues such as unstable electricity, limited internet bandwidth, and low faculty motivation for digital teaching remain barriers to full adoption.

CHALLENGES AND FUTURE POTENTIAL
Despite its impressive setup, the library faces several operational challenges:
* Inconsistent Power Supply disrupts continuous access to digital services.
* Internet Connectivity Issues limit the usability of online databases.
* There Is a Need for More Hands-On Training and User Support Systems.
