Chioma Obi is a Human Resource Consultant and administrator at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe (NOCEN), where she serves as SSA to the Provost, Head of Unit in the Provost’s Office, and Chairman of SSUCOEN NOCEN. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (FIPMA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM), and a member of the Association of Nigerian Colleges of Education Professional Administrators (ANCOEPA). A dedicated Rotarian and devout Anglican, Chioma has served as Secretary to the Harvest Committee at All Saints Cathedral for eight years and is currently the Vice Chairman II. She is married to Ruskin Obi and blessed with four children.
