Okonkwo Cecilia Chiedonma started her lecturing career in the defunct Anambra State College of Agriculture, Mgbakwu which is now Anambra State Polytechnic. She possesses a Master of Science degree (M.Sc) in Clothing & Textile. She is a member of several professional bodies including Home Economic Research Association of Nigeria (HERAN). She is a resource person in many entrepreneurial programmes, workshops and seminars. She has published many local and international journals. Okonkwo C.C has been a source of inspiration to students and society at large.
