Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable Nigerian laws, including but not limited to the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, Etc.) Act, 2015, and the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation, 2019.
Prohibited Activities: Users shall not engage in activities that are harmful, fraudulent, or violate the rights of others, including but not limited to:

User-Generated Content: By posting content on Vicilook, users grant Vicilook a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform.
Vicilook’s Content: All content created by Vicilook, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vicilook Technologies Limited and is protected under Nigerian intellectual property laws.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Vicilook is committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation, 2019. 8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from the use of Vicilook shall be resolved amicably between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. The arbitration shall take place in Nigeria, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.
