Dear Sir / Prof / Provost,
I write to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptionally warm, fatherly, and inspiring welcome you extended to our team during our recent visit to your office. Your vibrant, forward-thinking, and visionary leadership clear to us that under your stewardship, Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe is poised for extraordinary growth.
As a dedicated tech partner, Vicilook Technologies Nig. Ltd. is eager to fully support your vision as the institution progresses toward its metamorphosis into a full-fledged University (we suspect the name as Solution University, pardon us if we are wrong).
Future Initiatives & Vision for NOCEN:
Spurred by your progressive spirit, our team is actively designing groundbreaking
innovations tailored specifically to your tenure and legacy. In appreciation of your leadership and to support the upcoming transition to university status, Vicilook is preparing to gift the institution a FREE, international-standard website paired with official, professional staff email addresses (e.g., vc@solutionuniversity.edu.ng, amakaobi@solutionuniversity.edu.ng). We recognized that the institution currently lacks professional staff domain emails, and we are eager to resolve this gap at zero cost to the College.
Debt Forgiveness & Financial Adjustment
Following a thorough audit of our financial records against Invoice #INV294875 (originally totaling ₦5,213,000.00, with ₦4,580,000.00 previously paid), we identified an outstanding balance of ₦633,000.00.
In honor of your exemplary leadership and to lighten the financial burden on the College, Vicilook has resolved to completely forgive and write off the entire ₦633,000.00 debt. Furthermore, we have officially restructured the institution’s annual subscription to a flat rate of ₦5,000,000.00, effectively absorbing and erasing the extra ₦213,000.00 from the baseline billing.
Clarification of Subscription Figures:
We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the figures mentioned during our in-person meeting. We had orally stated an outstanding balance of ₦4,800,000.00 under the initial assumption that the base invoice was ₦5,000,000.00 minus ₦200,000.00. Upon reviewing the actual invoice documents, we confirmed the original total was ₦5,213,000.00. Additionally, we observed that the current year’s subscription is now 4 months overdue according to the invoice schedule, rather than the 2 months informally estimated during our discussion. We deeply regret any inconvenience this factual clarification may cause.
Request for Fatherly Indulgence & Compliance:
To ensure seamless operational continuity, we humbly seek your fatherly indulgence and prompt assistance in facilitating the payment for the current subscription cycle by the end of this month. Each partner institution under our network is allocated dedicated, high-capacity server infrastructure. Timely settlement (which will be almost impossible to stretch beyond this month end due to our international Server partners in the US) will enable us to meet our obligations to our Server Hosting and Infrastructure Management partners in the United States, keeping the College’s digital ecosystem running without interruption, as have been since the launch of NOCEN Connect on Vicilook.
We look forward to and are deeply conviced of a long, transformative partnership with your administration.
We attached the payment invoice of last year and the official application made by the school for Vicilook services to this letter. Thanks with love.
Yours faithfully,
Dickson Cliff Okechukwu,
