Application Tip: For the best results, ensure the surface is clean and dry. Apply in thin, even layers to achieve a flawless, streak-free shine.
ORIGIN SPRAY PAINT is formulated with a high-performance blend of industrial-grade components to ensure durability and a smooth finish:
Resin Base: A high-quality acrylic or alkyd binder that ensures superior adhesion to surfaces like metal, wood, and plastic.
Pigment Concentrates: Premium, UV-resistant pigments provide deep color saturation and prevent fading over time.
Solvent Blend: A specialized mix (including acetone and xylene) designed for a fast evaporation rate, enabling the “rapid-dry” effect.
Propellant: Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for consistent pressure and a fine, even mist during application.
Additives: Anti-settling agents and flow modifiers that prevent clogging and ensure a streak-free, leveled coat.
To achieve a professional-grade finish with ORIGIN SPRAY PAINT, follow these steps for optimal adhesion and durability:
1. Surface Preparation
Clean: Remove all dust, grease, and moisture.
Sand: Lightly sand smooth surfaces (like plastic or old paint) to help the new coat grip better.
Mask: Use painter’s tape to cover any areas you want to remain paint-free.
2. Priming & Testing
Shake Well: Shake the can vigorously for at least 1 minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle.
Test Spray: Spray a small amount on a scrap piece of material to check the flow and color.
3. Application Technique
Distance: Hold the can upright, roughly 20–30 cm away from the surface.
Motion: Use steady, overlapping horizontal strokes. Start and stop the spray off the side of the object to prevent “pooling.”
Thin Coats: Apply 2–3 thin layers rather than one thick one. This prevents drips and ensures a tougher finish.
4. Drying & Storage
Wait: Allow 10–15 minutes between coats. It will be touch-dry in 30 minutes and fully cured in 24 hours.
Clear the Nozzle: After use, turn the can upside down and spray for 2 seconds until only clear gas comes out. This prevents the tip from clogging.
