A Nigerian business man,Chieftain of the PDP, Journalist/Publisher Dele Momodu has found fault in EFCC’s pursuit of formal charges against the Formal Kogi State Governor YAHAYA BELLO.

In his words, he said that the EFCC has misfired! and when asked if he meant to say that the EFCC findings about YAHAYA BELLO paying his children school fees (N80.2 billion)in advance from Kogi State account before he vacated the Governorship seat were lies, he corrected that he meant nothing of such rather he meant that the EFCC should be more result oriented minded as regards to the prosecution instead of making it personal!

However, he also mentioned that the EFCC’S claims does
not correspond to the documents and also the responds from Bello’s office because they are in a hurry to charge him instead of doing a thorough scrutiny and that has made the EFCC’S Chairman no different from formal EFCC’S Chairmen who he (EFCC chairman) said were kicked out dishonorable and he should have learnt from that.

Furthermore,he conclusively avdvised that the rule of law should be obeyed by not singling out just one person for prosecution instead they should prosecute every body that carried or carries out any questionable action as regards to the law for that will improve the hopes of many Nigerians.
