Follow the Steps carefully;

STEP 1:

Open your internet browser app and Visit ‘Vicilook.com’.

STEP 2:

Click on the green Login rectangular button with your email and password or your Church’s email and password, depending on which page you choose to edit its content.

STEP 3:

After you successfully login and see your pix and name or that of your Church, click on the blue ‘My Pages’ button to take you to a page.

STEP 4:

When the page opens, find your pix with your name or that of your Church and click on the green ‘EDIT’ button to open the back end of your page you want to edit.

STEP 5:

When the edit page opens, simply edit any of the sections you want and when you are done editing, move to the bottom of the page and tap the black ‘SUBMIT’ button to finalize and update your page’s content with its new info.

Follow the simple steps carefully to learn how to post an Update on Vicilook.

WRITTEN TUTORIAL

STEP 1:
Open your Phone Browser and type in ‘Vicilook.com’ and when it opens click on the green Login Button.

STEP 2:

After clicking the Login button, a pop up will open with a sound, then enter your email and password and finally click on the black ‘Login’ button.

STEP 3:
After you successfully login, click on the yellow ‘Post Update’ button.

STEP 4:
Under the ‘Activity Type’, click on ‘Select’ to choose the type of activity update you want to post.

STEP 5:
After selecting your activity type, Select your ‘Activity Type’ by clicking on the select button under it.

STEP 6:
Then, move down to the ‘Write In Here’ section, to write what your update is all about, i.e. your public message to the general public.

STEP 7:
Then, move down to the ‘Upload Activity Photo(s)’ section and click on button labelled ‘Click To Get File’, then select just one photo you want to upload from your phone, select the photo and click good or ok (as seen in your phone type’, then finally watch your photo progressively and completely upload on Vicilook.

STEP 8: (OPTIONAL)
Move down to ‘Update’s Location’ and type in the town or state you are posting from and click on the button that says ‘PUT ON VICILOOK MAP’. NOTE: Ensure to spell the name of the town or state correctly to avoid errors.

STEP 9: (OPTIONAL)
Move to the #Hashtag section and enter a hashtag as seen in the example shown on top of the box, after typing, wait for it to pop up and then click on it.

STEP 10:
Click on the black ‘SUBMIT’ button to post your update. Remember to wait, to see your post successfully appear as a page.

A Graduate can be looked up on popular search engines such as Google and Bing by typing their full name and found via his or her Vicilook Yearbook Page and this can serve as a powerful means of verifying if he or she actually graduated from a specific School and Department alongside or vital info that comes along it.

Due to the fact that it’s digital, it contains unlimited spaces to add as many details of an individual as possible, therefore more columns can be added which a paper version would never be able to contain due to more space, more money and time it would demand, in order to give more life to the School’s Yearbook. Due to its unlimited advantage over the boring and ‘Old School’ paper version, We-Yearbook will keep adding features which can be later updated in the future by the alumnus that own that page and this helps it to be current ( This Feature can also be Turned-Off if not wanted by the School or Department).
9. It can also be inserted into one’s CV as a link or QrCode found on the individual pages, which an employer can easily scan or visit to get more details on the job applicant’s academic details.
10. It provides a transparent, public and very quick means of validating who and whom actually graduated from which school, when and even what they picked up along their journey as a student.

This service costs just a ONE TIME payment fee of  ₦500 (for Nigerians) or  $0.50 (for Internationals), per Class Member and this payment sustains your page for life (NO HIDDEN OR FUTURE CHARGES).

REFUND POLICY:

Vicilook will only make a refund in a case where payment was made with a Yearbook being created and no refund will be made as soon as the Yearbook page is being created by the applicants and approved by Vicilook, for as soon as the Yearbook page is being setup after which full payment is made, no refund will be made, irrespective of whether members have been added to the Yearbook page or not.

Also, in a case where a page violates any of our T&C and we suspend or delete it, no refund will be made too.

HOW TO LAUNCH YOUR CLASS’S OR SCHOOL’S VICILOOK YEARBOOK PAGE

1. First, Members should create their individual Class Member pages. Click HERE to see how to create the Class Member pages.
2. Then, create the Yearbook page (click HERE to see how to) and begin adding the names of the Class Members (Click HERE to see how to do that) and SUBMIT your Class’s Yearbook to launch it immediately.

Some smart Students will get the benefits to be Working as ‘Vicilooker’ and be paid a minimum basic monthly salaries of 15,000 Naira for the function of gathering data which will be used in updating various page contents for the campus pages as well as assisting students and staff on campus with simple technicalities and knowledge on how to use the Vicilook Campus Xplorer tools and functions on campus and on the Campus Guide Booklets.
14. Some interested students can also be enrolled in our Internship programs that will train them on various current or futuristic modern technologies as well as be a plus on their CVs for their future careers.

A Vicilooker is someone that works with Vicilook. You can work for Vicilook by helping businesses, organisations and individuals come on Vicilook, by helping them setup their businesses or activities on Vicilook.

REQUIREMENTS:

Most important requirements for working as a Vicilooker, is that you must be able to read, write and speak proper English as well as a local dialect as required by your current vicinity of operations, be able to use a viable and efficient smart phone, be able to use the internet, be able to communicate properly to your customers and most importantly, have a working smart phone and maybe a power bank (to backup your phone’s battery).
By doing this, you will also be the one to help them manage their businesses online via Vicilook.

RENUMERATION / WAGES / EARNING:

Getting Paid as a Vicilooker means that you collect 50% of what ever you charge your customers and remit 50% to Vicilook, so you literally pay yourself.

WORK MODE:

Being a Vicilooker, you can work from anywhere and anytime, there is no restriction or control of your time by Vicilook.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. You must be registered and documented by Vicilook via the APPLICATION FORM at the bottom of this page.

2. You must be able to complete the Vicilook business page setup properly for your clients as required by the page and Vicilook to enable Customers get the required outcomes for their pages and businesses or organizations.

3. You must make payment for the pages before they get approved by Vicilook (though it’s already designed to be automated such way).

4. You MUST never charge your customers or clients beyond the actual stipulated fares for setting up a Vicilook page. This would get you fired and arrested by the Law enforcement agency.

5. In a situation where Vicilook personally assigns a duty to you such as capturing a business, it will pay you an agreed amount of money based on the nature of the job or project and the payment would be totally determined on if you met your own end of the agreement and if you did the job properly as required by Vicilook, any form of defaulting will result to withholding of your remunerations until the job is properly done.

6. Note clearly that this T&C will be updated from time-to-time as need be, therefore, ensure to always check this column frequently to see them. You are advised to ‘FOLLOW’ Vicilook Nigeria, to get Email notifications for such Updates.
