A Young Nigerian, Onye Anambra State,a Giant Zikite and My Own Classmate, Applied Microbiology Graduates, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, UNIZIK Awka, Ugochukwu Anieto, (Obiakonobi Ugulu on Facebook), has discovered a new Strain of Pseudomonas named ‘Anieto’ after him and invented a Novel Antibiotic ‘Anietocin’, after him the Inventor, to treat Drug Resistant Infections. Anieto is an Assistant Professor College of Science in America currently and still working on the Novel Antibiotic ‘Anietocin’ with his Team.
This Great Feat and Breakthrough was disclosed by him with a post on his Facebook Page where he summarized the work done so far and stated the Stage of the development of the Antibiotic and the expectations(Ref.the uploaded Facebook Post).
